Alfonso Castro, MD

Dr. Castro completed his undergraduate training in 1999 and his medical training in 2003 at the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Castro completed his post-graduate fellowship in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at University of South Florida, Tampa FL in 2013, and his Internal Medicine residency at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Chicago, IL in 2009. In addition to this, Dr. Castro received 2 years of training in General Surgery at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ in 2005. Dr Castro joined Bay Area Chest Physicians in 2013. He is board certified in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine.
